  • Services Included:

    • One (1) 90-minute initial consultation to assess needs and goals.

    • A personalized "Legacy Planning" workbook or digital guide.

    • Checklists for legal, financial, and healthcare documents (e.g., wills, power of attorney, advance directives).

    • A list of resources and professionals (e.g., estate lawyers, financial planners, hospice care providers).

    • One (1) 30-minute follow-up call to answer questions.

  • Pricing: Fixed fee, $325

Tier 2: The "Compassionate Companion" Package

This tier is for clients who require more hands-on support and personalized guidance through the planning and preparation process. It provides a deeper level of engagement and a more comprehensive set of services.

 

This package offers extended support, acting as a compassionate guide through the emotional and logistical aspects of end-of-life planning. It's for those who want to feel truly supported and not overwhelmed by the process.

  • All services from the "Legacy Starter" package.

  • Up to five (5) hours of dedicated one-on-one consulting time (can be broken into multiple sessions).

  • Other Services That May be Included:

  • Assistance with creating a personalized "Life Celebration" or memorial plan.

  • Guidance on having difficult conversations with family members.

  • Support in organizing and documenting personal wishes and preferences.

  • Email/phone support for a defined period (30 days).

  • Grief Counselling

  • Pricing: Fixed fee, $1175

Tier 3: The "Peace of Mind" Package

This premium package is designed for clients who want full, comprehensive support from start to finish. It's for those who need a dedicated partner to navigate every aspect of the end-of-life journey, including in-the-moment support.

 

This is the ultimate level of service, providing continuous, in-depth support. It's for individuals or families facing complex situations, a terminal diagnosis, or those who simply desire a concierge-level of care to ensure all details are handled with grace and expertise.

  • Services Included:

    • All services from the "Compassionate Companion" package.

    • Ongoing consulting for a period of up to six months.

    • Unlimited email and phone support during business hours.

    • Assistance with coordinating services and meetings with other professionals (lawyers, hospice, funeral homes).

    • Support during a medical crisis or end-of-life transition (e.g., being present for family meetings, helping with immediate decisions).

    • Post-passing support, such as guiding family members through immediate next steps.

  • Pricing: Fixed fee, $3800

Hourly Rate Option

This option is for clients who have very specific, limited needs and do not require a full package. It provides flexibility and a way to address ad-hoc questions or tasks.

 

This is a pay-as-you-go option for focused, short-term consulting needs. It’s ideal for a quick review of documents, a specific question about a resource, or a single consultation.

  • Pricing: Hourly rate, $180 per hour.  (1-hour minimum charge, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour.)

General Social Work Support

  •   In addition to our specialized end-of-life consulting services, we also provide generalist social work support for individuals and families navigating life’s challenges.

  •  As trained and registered social workers, we bring the same compassion, advocacy, and problem-solving skills to everyday needs as we do to complex transitions. Whether you are seeking help with accessing community resources, navigating healthcare or government systems, managing stress during major life changes, or strengthening family communication, we are here to support you.

  •  Our goal is to meet you where you are and provide practical, personalized guidance. Sometimes this means connecting you with the right programs or supports; other times it means simply being a steady presence as you make difficult decisions.

  • While our practice is rooted in the sensitive and specialized area of end-of-life planning, we recognize that life is full of moments that can feel overwhelming. By offering broad social work services, we ensure that you and your loved ones can rely on us for consistent, trusted support.
